What is Your Return Policy?
Due to the unique products we offer, and the health concerns that may arise, we will only refund defective products, which we must then be contacted within 48 hours upon receipt of item(s). Once receiving notification that your product is defective we will replace the item upon approval. Products that are opened are non-returnable and non-refundable, no exceptions. Cancellations will only be accepted and approved if placed before order is shipped. You must place a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. If your cancellation is approved you will be assessed a 5% restocking fee and be refunded accordingly. How Much Is Shipping? Shipping is a flat $3.99 per order plus a $.50 per item fee. An additional $5 fee will be added to every order that includes between 15 and 29 items.
